I am not receiving meeting invitations by email? +
Check your Spam folder and whitelist @pee.vn domain. If still missing, go to TASS-RMS → Profile → verify email is correct and activated. Contact admin to reset if needed.
Lost access to confidential documents, what to do? +
Confidential documents require 2FA and you must be on the meeting permission list. Contact the meeting secretary for re-permission or call hotline +84 985 939 455.
Speech AI mis-recognizes regional accents? +
Engine supports 3 main accents (Northern, Central, Southern). Settings → Recognition → choose accent or enable "Auto-detect". Enterprise version supports staff-specific fine-tuning.
How much RAM and disk for the offline version? +
Minimum 8GB RAM, 5GB disk for VI-EN baseline. Recommended 16GB RAM + 20GB disk for all 30+ language pairs. NVIDIA GPU accelerates 3-5x (optional).
OCR getting Vietnamese accents wrong? +
Ensure input ≥300 DPI and use "vi-ocr-v3" model. For scanned forms, enable "deskew + denoise" preprocessing in the API. Contact tech support to fine-tune model for custom forms.
Warranty and after-sales support policy? +
Software: 12-month warranty + free updates. Hardware/AV: 12-36 months by device. Annual maintenance: 24/7 support, on-site when needed. Details: [email protected].

Touch panel shows no display

1) Check PoE cable (LED). 2) Restart switch. 3) Hard-reset panel via rear button 10s. 4) Contact tech support if still failing.

Tracking camera not detecting speaker

Update camera firmware, ensure lighting > 200 lux, tracking zone calibrated. Check mic array is ON.
